1.1. The entrepreneur conducts business activity under the name Shiny Dream Artistic Clothing Manufacturer Łukasz Rosiński. (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) with its registered office in Wejherowo (84-200 Wejherowo) ul. 3 Maja 5 / 2b, NIP No.: 841-138-34-32, REGON 221843486

1.3. The Seller sells the presented products remotely via the Internet in the country and the EU

1.4. All the Seller's prices are given in Polish zlotys and include VAT.



2.1. Placed goods on the Seller's store website along with their prices are not an offer for sale, but only an invitation for the Buyer to submit offers.

2.2. The Buyer places an order electronically, and it constitutes an offer to conclude a contract for the sale of goods placed on the Seller's store website for the price specified therein. The subject of the order may be only the items listed in the online catalogue in force at the time the order was placed.

2.3 To make purchases, add selected products to the basket and place an order. The basis for its implementation is the correct and complete completion of all fields of the order form, in particular the e-mail address. Information about placing the order will be sent to this address.

2.4. An offer submitted in electronic form binds the Buyer if the Seller confirms its receipt.

2.5. The order is accepted for execution:

- for orders paid in cash on delivery - upon receipt of the order by the store,

- for orders paid by bank transfer - upon receipt of the funds or confirmation of the transfer.

2.6. The Seller should perform the distance contract at the latest thirty days after the Buyer's submission of a declaration of intent to conclude the contract.

2.7. If the Seller cannot fulfil the service due to the fact that the goods ordered by the Buyer are not available - he should immediately, but not later than thirty days from the conclusion of the contract, notify the Buyer and return the entire sum of money received from him.

2.8. The Buyer can choose the following payment methods:

cash - when collecting the goods,

traditional bank transfer or payment via Przelewy operator 24.

2.9. An invoice is issued for each order at the Buyer’s request.

2.10. When the goods are handed over to the carrier, the Buyer receives information about sending the goods.

2.11. The ordered goods are delivered to the Buyer in the manner chosen by him:

3.1. The consumer, based on art. 27 of the Act on the rights of consumers who have concluded a distance contract, may withdraw from it without giving a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in art. 33, 34 and 35 of the Act on consumer rights, by submitting a relevant statement in writing within fourteen days from the date of delivery of the subject of the contract to him. To comply with this deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement before its expiry. The statement can be sent by e-mail to the following address: or by post to the following address:

3.2. In the event of rescission of the contract, the contract is considered void, and the Buyer is released from all obligations. What the parties rendered is returned unchanged with the label unbroken. The return should take place immediately, not later than within 14 days.

In the event of the Buyer’s effective rescission of the contract, the Seller shall refund an amount equal to the price of the purchased goods and the cost of shipping from the store to the Buyer. The shipping costs of the goods returned to the store are charged to the Buyer. The money will be returned immediately, no later than within 14 days, by online transfer to the account specified by the Buyer or by postal order to the address provided by the Buyer.



4.1. All goods available in the Seller's store are new.

4.2. If the goods do not comply with the contract, the Buyer may demand that they be brought into conformity with the contract by a free repair or replacement with the new ones, unless the repair or replacement is impossible or requires high costs. If the claim is accepted, the goods will be repaired, exchanged for the goods free from defects, or a cash refund will be made to the account indicated by the customer and delivered again at the Seller's expense.

4.3. If the Buyer cannot request repair or replacement, or if the Seller fails to satisfy such a request in a timely manner or if the repair or replacement may expose the Buyer to significant inconvenience, he has the right to demand an appropriate price reduction or rescission of the contract. The contract cannot be rescinded if the non-compliance of the goods is immaterial.

4.4. If the repair or replacement of the goods is not possible (e.g. due to the exhaustion of the range), the Seller will return the Buyer the equivalent of the price of the goods or offer him other goods available in the Store, at the Buyer's will.

4.5. The Buyer loses the rights specified in sections 2 and 3, if, before the expiry of two months from the date of finding of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, he does not notify the Seller.

4.6. Shipping costs of the goods in the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract shall be borne by the Seller.

4.8. Claims will be considered within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

4.9. Due to different display characteristics of computer monitors and processes related to digital photo processing shown on, the photos may differ from the real ones.





5.1. The Buyer, by providing personal data in the registration form, declares that they are true. If false data are provided when creating or updating an account, the Seller reserves the right to delete the account with which they are associated.

5.2. By creating an account, the Buyer also consents to the processing by the Seller personal data provided by him for purposes related to the sale of goods, in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws No. 101, item 926 of 2002). At the same time, the Seller ensures that these data will not be disclosed to third parties for any purpose.

5.3. The administrator of personal data is the Seller. The Seller’s address is given in the introduction to these regulations.

5.4. Each Buyer has the right to inspect their data, as well as the right to correct them and request removal. To delete data, the relevant request should be sent in writing to the Seller's address.

5.5. The Buyer undertakes to use his account in accordance with applicable Polish law, social and moral norms, the provisions of these regulations and the rules of etiquette of using the Internet.

5.6. The sales contract is concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.

5.7. The contract of sale of goods is concluded in accordance with Polish law and in Polish.



6.1. These Regulations regarding the services provided electronically by the Store constitute the regulations for the provision of electronic services within the meaning of art. 8 clause 1 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services. The Seller's Store provides the Buyers with these Regulations free of charge before the conclusion of the contract in a manner that enables them to obtain, reproduce and record the content of the Regulations using the ICT system used by the recipients.

6.2. The Seller informs that using the services provided electronically via the Internet involves risks.

6.3. The Seller informs that he enters the following data, not being a component of the content of the service provided electronically, into the IT system used by the recipient:


Cookies - these are short text files containing information, saved in the Buyer's IT system (i.e. on the computer from which the connection to the Online Store was made), which can be read by the Seller. These files allow the Buyer to be later identified in the event of reconnection to the computer on which they were saved. Cookies are used by the Seller for the following purposes: to facilitate the Buyer's use of the Seller's resources, to adapt the appearance of the Store to the expectations and needs of a specific Buyer (so-called personalization), to monitor the traffic on the Store's pages, including comparing the frequency of using specific resources by buyers. The Buyer has the right to disable "cookies" at any time. Disabling cookies is possible in the Buyer's browser.

The Online Store sends the Buyer the e-mails confirming receipt of the order, possible payment receipt, acceptance of the order for implementation and the course of the contract.
